筲箕灣巴士總站乘9號巴士至大潭峽下車起步, 沿石澳道行至一工地, 穿工地上溯21號澗至港島徑第8段, 轉右行至25號澗下降至石澳道, 轉左行至26號澗上溯港島徑, 轉右沿山徑行至37號澗下降至地龍, 穿地龍接下降38號澗(銀坑)至海邊銀坑村. 轉左綑邊至土地灣, 接港島徑第7段上石級至石澳道. 轉左沿馬路行至一護土牆, 落石級接入40號澗, 澗中大休. 休後續下降40號澗至港島徑第7段引水道. 轉右沿引水道行至33號澗(游龍坑)上溯至石澳道. 轉左沿馬路行至一澗口(不知號碼)下降至港島徑第7段引水道, 轉右沿引水道行至30號澗上溯至石澳道. 轉右行回東丫燒烤地點入澗上溯34號澗(游龍坑)至龍脊橫山路. 轉左接港島徑第8段, 上哥連臣山(348m), 落馬塘坳, 沿哥連臣角墳場頂引水道行至晨樂亭下午茶. 茶後落小西灣公園, 出藍灣半島乘車 20091020
