While filming The Perfect Man last year, the singer, 18, says she was mortified to see a photo of herself headlined, HILARY DUFF PUFFS UP!
So she started doing Pilates three times a week and says that her body changed in just three weeks! Now, she tells Us, "I'm happy and confident with the way that I look.... I feel stronger and more flexible."
