Just testshots of Canon 50D. Purposely shot in RAW and did the minimum retouch and changed to JPEG for viewing. The flesh tone rendition is nothing but excellent. Black & white is rendered very coordinately without over-emphasizing each other. Depth of field is very good. Colors are flattering and mesmerizing indeed. At its price, it's a truly noteworthy machine. The sky color is also rendered very naturally without over-powering to complement the rest of the scene below. Observe for yourself the life-like colours of the contents in question. Guess my life would be much easier with this camera as the post-production steps and time needed must be very lessened. Thus, I'm waiting with bated breath for the 5D MKII. These will be the 2 cameras for my future trips as they're not only lightweight but also render colors very near to those of the film age. Cheers.
