It's almost a year ago that we visited Milan in Italy after our Cruise of the East Mediterranean. This time Milano or Milan was the stepping stone for the Cruise of the West Mediterranean as we have to go via Milan to Genoa and back from Genoa to Milan to catch our flight in London to Hong Kong. As we have extra time in Milan, we re-visited the Duomo Square and had our second seafood lunch ( Euro 125 for two - i.e. 3 grilled prawns each and a soup and sallad in Europe - in the Duomo shopping complex just by the side of the famous Duomo Cathedral in Milan. Though not cheap, but it's so tasty, we thought it's worthwhile. Plus, this time, the Cathedral was almost repainted and could be captured much better than last time without wooden planks covering it and as some pictures of it were taken by the 16 -35 mm II lens which is just about right. Also, we were surprised to find the weather was so good and sunny in Milan this time. Take a second look at the Duomo Square. Cheers
