Nice to be back again at Stanley Dragon Boat Racing on Sunday June 8th 2008. I missed it last year as I was in the States for the whole month of June. It's simply miraculous that the whole day was sunshine though the previous day was Black Rain Signal with much floodings and landslides all over Hong Kong. Guess the initial race at Shatin suffered as the weather was terrible on Saturday 050608. Fortunately, I found a nice cosy headland commanding the whole view of the start and finish line. I was there from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. which was quite a long day but did enjoy every minute of it especially to have met some long lost friends at lunch. Part 2 will be uploaded upon my return from the White Sand Beach in Boracay in the Philippines from 10/6 - 14/6. Stay tuned. Cheers
