I have been photographing Whitebreasted Kingfishers for quite sometime. I always try to take note of their habits and flight patterns so that I may be able to capture some worthwile shots. The pics below is a son trying to bully his mother playfully for a perch. But both flew off together to another place. These are what I called breakthrough shots. Yes, I have to get nearer and shoot them better with the right amount of light. These shots suffer from 2 weaknesses - too far and against sunlight. As usual, will get them right in due course.
