I'm danish and now living in Hong Kong with my chinese wife. I'm retired and therefore  have time to go to the forest or other places during the day. Hong Kong is more than skyscrapers. There are many places to go and enjoy the nature. As a tourist you may consider to spend more than 2 or 3 days - You can spend several weeks. Enjoy the islands.
