Nagarkot is 2175m above sea level. It is famous for its panoramic view of the Himalayan range, including the Everest.
We stayed at the Nagargot Himalaya Resort on Christmas Eve. These sunrise and sunset photos were shot on the hotel's rooftop terrace. What a convenient place for enjoying the scenary ! The hotel also supplied hot drinking water for its guests at sunrise time. The Christmas Eve buffet dinner at the hotel was delicious too. After dinner, we went to the rooftop terrace to enjoy our extra dessert...... a clear sky filled with stars (no light pollution at all) !
