| Album: Radjah Shelduck (Tadorna radjah rufitergum) This subspecies of Radjah Shelduck is found on the brackish waterways of large tropical rivers and around inland swamps and lagoons. They rest during the day and travel to feeding grounds at night. They sieve the mud for molluses, insects and algae, always preferring to wade than to swin. Eggs are laid in the hollow of a tree close to the water.
