For Cherry, I think Lviv & Kyiv, are really nice to me.  You can say Lviv is relatively small and the sights to see are packed, where Kyiv is bigger.  English standard in younger generations are ok for both cities.  Probably, living in Kyiv is a little bit expensive that Lviv, but price index of both are far cheaper the place we're living in!

Talking back about Kyiv, I would like to share my route to walk around:
1. Go to Chernobyl Museum@ metro Kontraktova Ploscha (blue line), exhibation on the same floor only and takes a maximum of 3 hours.  Then walk to the main street heading to Sahaicachnoho street up to metro Poshtova Ploscha and take a tram uphill, visit the St. Michael’s Golden-DomedCathedral, then turn a 90 degree turn for St. Andrew's Church.  St.Sophia Cathedral is a must.
2.  From  the metro Maidan Nezalezhnosti walk to the riverside, there'a a National Art Museum and Mariinskyi Palace with a "love bridge", then walk walk walk walk via Metro Arsenalna to Kyivo-Pechers’ka Lavra
3.  Busy street Khreschatyk is easily accessable to the National Opera and St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral, as well as Botantic Garden for a great view of the city

The other side of Kyiv
