Dear Miss Kwan, Principle,

I just participated the Parent’s Day hold on 3 March 2013. I deeply appreciated your kindly arrangement by your teachers, colleagues and students on that day.

During I arrived at the entrance of school, your uniform team, Red Cross Youth, provided welcome not only a salute and smile to me. After the 10 o’clock parents meeting, I found a stall is installed just inside the hall. When I approach this stall, a smile invited me for a simple body test. Although, there is not attracted for many parents to stay there, I found your teacher and respond student with great enthusiasm for their services to anyone approached there. It was provided me a good experience for their kindly service with a simple report and some present too.

During I left from school, I found your uniform team maintaining at the entrance to give a salute and say good-by for me and any leaver.

I would like to write a letter to thanks their good discipline and enthusiasm. Although there were not many participants, your arrangement and warm hospitality are very deep in my mind.
