This is my first road race, and should be the pre-race of Hong Kong Marathon,
but the training was hindered by the foot pain after
Trailwalker in last November, and the laxity of medial collateral ligament of the left knee.
I started behind the crowd, and there was little room to run.
When I squeezed through and run, it's still too slow,
so I jumped to the left (one metre higher) where little traffic was there.
Mostly gliding, slowing down when going up, and passing others on running down.
After passing TP (C), I tried faster, hoping to finish within 2hr.
Food and drink
I held a pack of jelly in hand and drank in the mid-way, because I always hit the wall after 1hr45min.
I also drank on every water stations.
I finished in 1:52'34.
