Album: Day one : Manchester to Castleton of Peak District

Arrived Manchester at the early morning.  After meeting Molly and getting the car from AVIS, we drove direct to Castleton.  We did only free visiting and then found a camp site to settle down.  The main theme of everyday started then.  Finding a supermarket for the food and cooked for the night being the most necessary thing to do everyday.

Album: Day two : a bike trip at Peak District
The bike path is an old railway trail called Tissington Trail.  It is about 20km in one direction but we only cover 17 km of it and return through the same path.  The trail is flat but for one without training before the trip, it takes all my energy to finish it.  Bike rental is expensive in UK.  We need to pay 12 pounds for a bike for 4 hours.  However, the trail is on the white peak area of the peak district and offers a good view of it.

The next morning after a good sleep at Molly's home, we went to Wales.  The closest town is Conwy.  We see the castle, the smallest house in GB and finally met many butterflies.

We stayed at a B&B in Carlisle. This was the first time for Siuhak DSC_6093
Ben needs to summit the highest hill in GB too. So we went to the visitor centre of Ben Nevis in the morning. Here, no free parking anymore. DSC_6126
