2007 - Empty Lei Tung Street 空置的利東街
昔日的利東街，喜氣洋洋，紅彤彤的喜帖布滿街頭巷尾的每個角落﹔今日的利東街，人去樓空，深鎖的重門上掛覑的是一塊塊寫覑「此乃市區重建局物業」的告示牌。政府於二零零五年十一月收回灣仔利東街的所有物業，清拆工程不日進行。
