Ciudad del Este
Because of the visa limitation, I only visited one place in Paraguay, which is Ciudad del Este. There is only one world-known sightseeing point, Itaipu Dam. And the city itself is nothing to see, but a lot of cheap daily stuff could be found here, which attract a lot of Brazilian and Agrentinian come for shoppping
