ISO performance test of the Nikon D80

Note: There have been some comments about noise at higher levels. Keep in mind that these photos were taken using exposure settings appropriate to each scene. Applying the technique of exposing to the right allows the D80 to produce much cleaner images for high ISO photos.

Lenses used:

AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D (Indoor/Outdoor shots)
Tamron SP AF90mm f/2.8 Di Macro (Catwoman/Spiderman shots)

All images straight from the camera, default settings, JPEG Fine. Files with "-crop" indicates a 100% crop of the full sized file. All other files resized using Irfan View 3.98.
