2006年4月23日晨大坳門集合，九時起步經龍蝦灣、大嶺峒、清水灣、大廟、田下山、釣魚翁、上洋山、禾塘崗，坑口大休。
下午鷓鴣山、尖風山、黃麖仔、東洋山、大老坳、東山、扎山道下斧山道散隊。
