Joanne (on my left hand side) is a Chinese which has worked in there for more than six years and she joins the congress each year with fully sponsor by her employer. But she said she will also join the congress in Boston at 2006 with no sponsorship. And the other two are her colleagues. They are all very helpful and nice.
