
the 1st dough just mix together and leave an hr.And it is the 2nd dough to mix flour & water before add butter

1st dough is seen bigger after 1 hr and ready to mix with 2nd dough

as 1st dough is wet, 2nd dough is dry

then you need to use hand flatten them

you will find too moisture and sticky ove your hands, its normal

after keep spreading, it starts to mix well and your hand is cleaned

it could better to press and flatten the dough awhile
