I just squat myself and lower my camera down and tickle the shutter without looking inside the viewfinder. This skill is CALLED "Off Viewfinder", commonly adopted in Leica, trying to use the SLR to do what Leica ppl. claims only a Rangefinder can do in their catalogue.
