綠茶紅豆慕士Green Tea Mousse
(1) 把牛油隔水座溶 Melt the butter with hot water bath (2) 把餅塊壓碎 Crush the biscuits (3) 把餅塊加牛油做餅底 Mix butter and biscuits and press it onto the mould (4) 打起忌廉至7成(待用) Stir the cream with electric/stand mixer until it's well blended (70% hard), set aside (5) 倒綠茶粉至忌廉, 攪勻 Add green tea powder into cream and stir it (6) 加水落魚膠, 隔熱水坐溶, 倒入(5), 攪勻 Soften gelatine with warm water, pou into (5), stir (7) 將(6) 的一半倒入6吋模 Pour half of (6) into a 6" mould (8) 將紅豆醬放在模的中央 Put red bean paste evenly on the mould (9) 將剩餘的6) 倒入模 Pour the remaining (6) into the mould (10) 入雪櫃雪數小時即可 Regrigerate for few hours
