R0017202: #5 Red, Pinot Noir. Domaine Rollin, Pernand-Vergelesses, Bourgogne, 2004. 酸,難怪pinot noir難得人垂青,雖breathe了較長時間,但變化竟不大,沒甚味道,我最覺得pinot noir應有的「神秘味」都沒有。難以當晚食物配合,只有雞胸比較好。
