Day 6 Lofoten
As promised, we were taken on a fishing trip today, and what a luck, we managed to fish 2 big cod fish by our own!! This was our first fishing trip, and the catch is marvelous in our standard already. Of course, we have to thank our friend's guidance, as well as their GPS system. Even though the Norwegian way of cooking has no match to our cantonese way of steam fish, we still found the boiled fillet delicious. Dr. So Norway 挪威之旅

It is a Halibut. Said to be very delicious. However I don't like to eat curiously looking fish. These are the remains and will be taken back to the open sea to feed the fishes and crabs or whatever. Dr. So is cooking the fish. Very seldom will we see him doing the cookery at home. The living room of our fishing cabin This is the attic room A spare room Our room. please remember to bring bed linen or a sleeping bag, or you can rent the bed linen in the reception. Their ways of cooking the cod fish fillet...no match with our Cantonese ways of cooking of course!! Drying of the cod fish R0010964
