This is a raw fish roe. not looking good when raw. but after you fried it and mixed with some mayonnaise, it taste very good.

The is the Lofoten crab. Mainly for export, coz' the Norwegian is not very adventurous when it comes to food.

But you see, there are lots of roe inside, and the roe is not hard. Very tasty indeed.
