London Bridge - a busy highway across the river Thames, and a high-powered machine that can hoist up and allow tall ships through, is also a tourist attraction that you can visit and for a modest fee in touristy terms and go touring around. The tag-line is something like "Why do you think they are called WALKWAYS?" referring to the sections across the top which you can actually walk across! You can also visit the engine rooms, souvenir shop, etc.
London - Buckingham Palace - It has served as the official London residence of Britain's sovereigns since 1837. It evolved from a town house that was owned from the beginning of the eighteenth century by the Dukes of Buckingham. Today it is The Queen's official residence. Although in use for the many official events and receptions held by The Queen, areas of Buckingham Palace are opened to visitors on a regular basis.
