From: murphymyf (Jun 14, 2009 20:49 HKT) Attractive, fragrant and perfumed nose, showing spice, ripe berries and a hint of pepper The wine immediately fills the mouth with wonderful fruit flavours of plums and spice, which carry right thro' the palate. There is also a savoury texture, providing complexity and interacting with subtle French oak characters and a fine acid structure. The finish shows spicy cherry fruit flavours and is long and lingering. A great example of elegant, perfumed, cool climate Shiraz. |
