Taking public transport to Stewart Island was rather costly

Take 30-minutes bus from Invercargill to Bluff wharf (NZ$18 one way)

And then 1-hour ferry from Bluff to Stewart Island (NZ$60 per way)

Between South Isl and Stewart Isl, it's Foveaux Strait which is always fierce. Almost got sea-sick...
