Downtown
Quito is the capital city of Ecuador, which is 2800m above sea level and its historic centre is also the World Heritage Site. My perception of Quito is a friendly and well-organized city with a lot of colonial buildings. The most impressive thing is that the president of Ecuador will come to the main plaza of Quito to meet his citizen every 11am of Mondays and the citizens feel esteem their president a lot.
