The Pile Gate. If you came from new city, chances are this will be the first gate you will pass through to get into the old city

If you enter the old city by the Pile Gate, the Great Onofrio fountain is the first sight you will see. It is a sixteen-sided container with a cupola, and was one of the ending points of the aqueduct system.
