Villa Lika, our stay for the Plitvice Lakes
| It was close enough to walk to the lakes, yet remote enough to give us the taste of the Croatian's countryside.
| This is our room at the attic... basic yet clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the effort to get up here with all the luggage! (No porter service)
| My first time to use a bathroom at the attic, luckily the roof was high enough and i didn't have to crouch to use the bathroom

Our view from the room.. I love the greens!
| Further ahead were the hill slopes, perfect for skiing during the winter season
| We managed to take a sneak peak into another room, equally pleasing and this one was even better - it didn't have that yucky purple duvet cover!
| A very nice restaurant in front of the house, You will get an excellent view of the greens while enjoying your meals

In the summer time you could even enjoy a swim surrounded by trees and forests!
| The hotel grew its own fruits in their own garden. These were pear trees
| ... as well as apple trees.. which by the way were within an arm's reach for picking....
| Next we stayed in a apartment in Split. It was right in the middle of the UNESCO town, so everything was within the walking distance. The entrance was on the right in between the 2 tables of the restaurant
