I deliberately took a detour and came to this little town for 1 night to experience life on the Rif mountain. No more sly merchants or annoying greetings, no more mosques or monuments to see; just walk, sit and enjoy the tranquility and perhaps the blues here...

The best hotel I have stayed for this entire trip! For HK$620 a night, I got this suite all to myself.... and more importantly, it had a long lasting and powerful shower~

The magic lamp was one of the "more interesting" places I could go to after the sun set in Chaouen... the atmosphere wasn't bad, though the meal would be more fulfilling if only there were half naked belly dancers performing...
