My Non-stop Express train from Cairo to Alexandria. Like every train in Egypt, the outside is always miserable and it is always delayed. (This part is the first class carriage)

To ensure all the passengers get the "1st class" service of always facing the front while travelling, someone comes to turn the seats around after the train finishes each journey...辛苦晒! (If only they could use the effort to just clean the seats!)

These are the 2nd class carriages. Why do they look nicer than the 1st class'?

When I walked out of the train station, I could not find a taxi, so instead I took this!

Union hotel, this was why I stayed for the night... From the outside it didn't look too promising..

Inside the room of Union hotel. Again the beds were just ordinary 1-star hotel.

But for LE85 (~115HKD) I get a balcony and a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea!
