For those ppl who are going to bring instant noodles to Egypt really have to think twice! 
Egyptian Food has got more varieties than you think. (No, it does not include curry.. sorry, this is not India) The price is cheap and the taste is exotic... sometimes the Egyptian Gourment will even give you some surprises. Just remember to bring the Imodium(R) along.

Dessert: Mohalabeya (Milk pudding with raisin) Comment: Good enough for me to finish it all~ Not as sweet as expected.
Felfela takeaway and its menu. Nice photos of the food choices, too bad the writings are in Arabics... Then there is a separate english menu, but it does not have any pictures!!
You could eat inside Felfela Takeaway. Lots of people did, standing. On the wall on the right was actually a water tap for drinking water.
Dinner@Felfela Takeaway, Cairo. 27-Apr. Hamburger LE3.25 Comment: After the diarrhea incident, I had to be more careful of my choice, but after this hamburger (one piece of meat+one cucumber ONLY), I'd rather have the diarrhea back as long as I eat better food!

Lunch@Sakkara Restaurant, Sakkara, near Cairo. 28-Apr. Grilled Chicken+rice+chips and various dips. 60LE Comment: Already felt indifferent with the meat, the salad and the dips...after all, the food is for filling the belly.... and yes, it's Pepsi again.

This restaurant is decorated like a rain forest restaurant, with many fish tanks, grapes vines and a cage of parrots!
Dinner@Felfela Restaurant, Cairo. 28-Apr. Hibiscus drink+Local egyptain dish (lamb and rice+yogurt cream+orange paste) LE55.75 Comment: This was recommended by the waiter when I asked for authentic Egyptian food. Conclusion: Felfela was originally a vegetarian restaurant. I think it should stay that way.
Me@Felfela restaurant. The table had the oddest looking shape (shape of a jigsaw puzzle) I had seen before. 70% of the customers here were tourists.
Breakfast@Egyptian Pancake House, Khan el-Kalili, Cairo. 29-Apr. Middle (they calle medium as middle) Pancake+butter+cream+syrup. LE15 Comment: Disgusting!! Too greasy, too sweet. The texture was like a fried flourcake soaked in water. You were instantly full the moment you had the first bite!
