Watching the Nile river bank goes by while wasting time here is a very relaxing moment.

On the way there are many other boats. This one is going from Luxor to Aswan.

The lock at Esna. We had to wait several hours before we crossed the lock

In the centre of the sun deck is the bar. You could grab a drink and sit here at night to enjoy the breeze... if only they sell mosquitos repellent too!

One by one, the ships have to queue up to cross this lock (a narrow passageway opened up from a bridge for ships to cross)

We have to go really slowly while crossing..

Finally! We are crossing the lock after waiting for a few hours. (from before sunset to after dark)
