Again in Middle East the purpose of F & B was barely to fill-up the stomach and stopped me from dehydrating. It was getting really worse when I entered Jordan during Ramandan.. where everyone would not eat nor drink while the sun was out. Of course the visitors wouldn't need to follow the rituals but then finding people selling food during the day was the challenge!

12/9 lunch - Icecream cone, all I could get during the Ramadan daylight in Jerash (JD 1) and I had to eat it discretely to show respect to those who envyed me while fasting
12/9 tea? - 2xmuffin from the street (JD 0.3) and large freshly squeezed mango juice (JD 1) from Palestine Cafe

13/9 souvenir shopping - Jabri, Amman. Yes, the same restaurant I went to 2 nights ago.
Jabri was more famous for its sweets than cooked meals.
Inside Jabri - reminded me of Turkish delights... anyway I bought some and decided to share the "good" stuff with my colleagues and friends.. (JD 18 for 2KG)
