The next day at 6am Pawel arranged a local 'expert' to take us to those sights we missed yesterday. This was his jeep
| After some dune riding (which was quite fun), we arrived at Ong Jmel. No one was there to greet us, even the annoying shopkeepers were not there yet
| Only two dogs were there guarding the site... we wondered how they survived the extreme heat and cold in the desert
| These were the toilets, they looked colourful but not sure I would want to try them. It turned out there were plenty of opportunities later

Ong Jmel, the Camel Mountain got its name because it resembled a sitting camel. It was the filming location for English Patient and Star Wars: The Phantom Menance, where Darth Maul landed in Tatooine
| | The place had an excellent view of the salt lake, Chott el-Gharsa (yes, where we were lost yesterday)

A few minutes later, we arrived the place where they filmed Mos Espa in Star Wars. This was the place where we visited yesterday
| In the Phantom Menance, Mos Espa was a spaceport in Tatooine where young Anakin and her mother lived, and also the place where the pod race was held.
| We got there early in the morning, so virtually no one else was there (except one or two merchants), it was quite amazing the props were still there given that no one really maintained them any more.
| Mos Espa consists of about 20 dwellings spread around 10,000 sq. m. Walking inside the area was like walking inside a village...
