2 Dec 2017:  Kathmandu > by ~60mins helicopter > Khumjumg (3850m)- Khunde hospital visit and ~ 3hours walk to Namchee Bazaar 

3-4 Dec 2017: Namchee Bazaar Training (First Aid + Health eduation)- then 4.5 hours walk to Monjo                                                              

5-6 Dec 2017: Monjo Training (First aid+ Health educaiton)- then 3 hours walk to Chaurikharka                                                                      

7-8 Dec 2017: Chuarikharka training (First aid+ Women Health+ Health education)- then 2 hours walk to Lukla (2800m)                            

9-10 Dec 2017: Lukla >> Kathmandu >> Hong Kong
