Midan Talaat Harb, where all my 3 hotels revolve around this hub.
| Midan Talaat Harb, a place where you certainly need time to orientate yourself before finally getting lost.
| Midan Talaat Harb, where many "friendly" Egyptians will approach you and help you cross the road, then later show you more "Egyptian Hospitality" by conning you.
| Groppi's - in its heyday it was one of the most celebrated patisseries in Egypt... now it is just like another Maxim's cake shop

| Egyptian Museum, where all the loots from their ancestors sleeping places are now placed. The only fake thing inside is the rosetta stone.
| The Sadat Metro entrance at the Tahrir Square. This is also one of the places where crossing the street is DIFFICULT.
| I must say it is a nice view when looking out of my hostel. (Hotel Vienna)

| Lift and stairs of my first hotel building
| An exceptionally nice car in the streets of Cairo.. an exceptionally nice way of driving too (look at the right-wing mirror -- yes, it is folded up)
