Vincent Poon :: The Food

Although the food variteties were not as great as Seabel Alhambra's, they made it up with quality and more importantly, an abundance of shrimps and fishes.... and did I mention that they actually had a Japanese restaurant in the hotel? No French, no Italain, no German but just ONE Japanese restaurant? Was it good? I dunno as I was not that desperate enough to pay to try out the Tunisian-style Japanese!

Breakfast time again... boiled eggs.. not sure why they boiled them in front of us, maybe we could order half-boiled? quarter-boiled?
The point of this photo was not on the plain stuff they offered for breakfast, but rather on how much liquid the cook was pouring into the frying basin
Freshly squeezed juice... water melon X papaya?
This is "Le Sakura", a Japanese restaurant found in a hotel in Hammamet. I am really impressed (though I did not try it)

Besides the 3 restaurants, there was a couple of bars and this Moorish café, which was a nice place to hang about after dark
