Bullet holes on derelict structures are the only remainders of the bloody battles that once rocked these hills. 二次大戰時，為抵禦日本軍的佔領，英軍亦開始備戰，挖防空洞，修築戰壕堡壘，碉堡內彈痕纍纍，可見當時的戰況是何等激烈。
