First stop post office then took a moto for National Museum.  Things were not as good as Royal Palace.  Then it was a serious Russian Market trip.  Spent some time on walking around.  Went back to hotel for a break and dinner at LanZhou Noodle shops at the New York Hotel.  Good price.  Then headed to FCC for a beer.  Had a drink at Phnom Penh Cafe with free internet at last.
