Vincent Poon :: Riad Suliman and Mellah

Nice hotel at a very cheap price. Location again is the problem... I arrived in Mellah on my very first night and without a map nor any signs, even I was a bit uneasy, though $$$ could always solve the problem at the end.

This is my hotel's front door, finally found it after having to pay DHM 20 to a local boy. It was at night time then...
The only place nearby where I could buy some water
This is the surrounding area of my hotel, shot taken just to remindd me on how to come back
This is Mellah, the quarter my hotel is in, with some crazy traffic

Imagine how you feel to find your hotel at night time. No signs, no shops and no maps!, just waves and waves of traffic
Horse drawn carriages are very common inside the Medina in Morocco
A sign for another Riad/hotel, but sadly mine never had a sign
My single room was on the ground floor

My room lock... classy!
This is my room, a bit crowded but comfy bed
The shower cubicle
The washroom basin, can't close the window, hopefully no visitors at night during my sleep!
